Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
This is a very good and easy recipe as is. The first time I followed it exactly. The 2nd time I added a couple of dashes of cayenne pepper to jazz it up and added a layer of onion on top of the potatoes before the layer of sauce. Sprinkled paprika on top. Uncovered for the last 20 min. You may want to double the sauce.

Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs
We absolutely loved these ribs! They are the next best to being cooked in the smoker. We smoke ribs all summer and fall. I followed the directions exactly using norah's updates along with my own Northwood's rub for ribs. They were fall off the bone moist and delicious! Next time I'll take them out of the slow cooker around 2 1/2 - 3 hours and then into the oven for another hour on low heat with the barbeque sauce. I want the meat moist but also want the meat to tug off the bone clean. We'll definitely be having these again throughout the below zero winter months. Thanks for the recipe norah!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
Just made this past weekend. It was so easy to prep. Followed the directions except used onion powder instead of onion salt. It came outexactly as proclaimed, totally awesome! Received so many compliments and was asked the recipe! Will be making this again! Great easy to go too for large crowd dinners!
