I'm usually pretty lazy about rating but made this recipe with minor modifications for friends last night and was blown away. So easy and SO fabulous.
My changes included doubled the spice mixture - we all liked spicy food, so I decided to risk it. I also used minced garlic (not powdered) in the sauce and added a fresh, diced jalapeno while the chicken was cooking. I seeded it this time, but may include some seeds for extra kick next time. Like another reviewer, I pounded my chicken breasts to make them thinner. I also added a shot of tequila to the sauce after the chicken was cooked and let it simmer. The end result was delicious. So very impressed!
