Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
This chicken does turn out very moist, but it was a little sweet for me. I think the honey was a little overpowering, and it really doesn't need more than 2 TBS of butter.

Roasted Roma Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
I had farm fresh grape tomatoes, so I made a "mini" version. These were super delicious and using the smaller tomatoes would made them a great addition to an appetizer menu. My feta was a little crispy around the edges and perfectly delicious!

Fantastic! I couldn't find a recipe for Blueberry Bars, so I used this. I made mine with homemade Blueberry Jam and a few handfuls of fresh Blueberries! The crust turned out gorgeous- thanks for a delicious bar recipe :)

Nice, chewy inside with a gorgeous golden crust! Can't wait to use it for Bruschetta! Only used 5 cups of flour...and I threw a few ice cubes in the oven after about 15 minutes.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
I had seen a lot of people talking about this recipe, so I had to try it. I used arrabiata sauce (spicy marinara) and they were amazing! I took the hint from others and added fresh garlic while I cooked the zucchini. I also lined the roll with mozzarella and broiled. My husband HATE zucchini and he thought these were wonderful! Thank YOU!

Zucchini and Corn Topped with Cheese

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
Very tasty! I used fresh corn in place of frozen and cut the recipe down to 4 servings. I only used 1/2 cup of cheese total and after cooking my zucchini and onions in the skillet, transferred everything to a baking dish and put it in the oven while I grilled. Whole family loved it- will make again using fresh tomatoes.

Low Carb Cauliflower Leek Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2010
The day I made this...I did not enjoy it. It was rather bland and reminded me a bit of baby food. However, the second day, I topped with a couple TBS of Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese. The flavors in the soup really came together after sitting for a day! I did only use 4 cups of broth (chicken) and 1/2 cup of heavy cream because my cauliflower bunch was rather small. I also roasted my garlic and cauliflower to bump up the flavor as others had recommended. I'll make again, but wait until the 2nd day to eat it :)

Speedy Blueberry Refrigerator Jam

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
I love the simplicity of this recipe and the finished product set up beautifully. I really like the slight flavor the lemon jell-o adds. Rating 4 stars because I do think the amount of sugar is much too high...will make again using half the sugar called for. Looking forward to trying other flavor combos with this process!

Spicy Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Hummus

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
I was super surprised by this! Beautiful flavor combo with the perfect amount of heat. I added 1 clove of garlic, because I adore garlic. I also made mine in the blender and needed to add a little liquid to get it moving. I added 3 TBS of water and 2 TBS of olive oil. It was beautiful and smooth and made a very generous amount of hummus. Thanks for a fantastic 5 star recipe! I also tossed with hot pasta for a delicious entree!

Perfectly perfect! I LOVED this even more than I expected. I paired it with the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake recipe from this site. Delicious cold as well :) I doubled the recipe for 24 regular cupcakes and 6 mini cupcakes. Thanks MSC!

Jan's Deli Style Sandwich Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2010
Gorgeous! My family just raved about these at lunch today. They were the perfect texture for my Philly Cheese Steaks. I didn't have the malt powder, but they still had a beautiful crust. I brushed with a little milk before browning. All measurements were right on...used just shy of 6 cups of flour. Thanks for another great bread recipe for my file!

Made these with my 2 year old today- fun and tasty. We decorated several ways and found we really needed the frosting to make the sprinkles stick. Cute idea!

Speedy Homemade Salsa

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2010
I was hoping to find a recipe just like my favorite Mexican restaurant. While the technique was perfect, all I could taste were cumin and vinegar. I made it a second time with half the cumin and lime juice instead and it was wonderful. Thanks for such a great foundation to build from!

Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2010
Fantastic!!! They were perfect with Salmon and so I made them again to serve with Tuna steaks. I did the tuna with oj, soy, ginger and garlic...it went really well with the wasabi. Only changes I made (halved the recipe) , 1/4 tsp of olive oil, and subbed fat free chicken broth for the milk and butter. Still perfectly creamy and delicious. Thanks Heather!
