Grandma's Chopped Liver
i was skeptical how this would taste using the raw onions. I almost left them out. I was also worried about processing this to mush in the food processor. I decided to follow the recipe exactly and was blown away by how great it came out. I used pulse on the food processor, resulting in a great consistency. It wasn't too oniony and didn't have any of that gamey flavor that chopped liver can get. A great recipe. THANKS!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna
This is the first item I have reviewed and I use this site a lot. I have struggled to make a lasagna that everyone likes. I tried this and it was a huge success. I did make a couple of changes. I used the no-cook noodles and half ricotta and half cottage cheese (I was afraid to use cottage cheese, next time I think I'll try all cottage cheese.) I added about 1 1/2 tsp each of dried basil, parsley and oregano to the cottage cheese/ ricotta combo before adding it to the lasagna. And I also used half ground beef and half sausage (out of the casing). My husband normally complains about the lasagna when I make it. He made a point of coming up to me about 1/2 after the meal and telling me how good it was! This is a definate keeper.
