This was interesting, but good. I'm not a huge fan of balsamic, so it was a bit much for me. My husband loves balsamic, and loved this. He'd say five stars, I'd say three, so we're going with four.
EDIT: We made this a second time, using fresh tomatoes (3 medium) and fresh basil - DEFINITELY made a difference. I'd still say 4 for the original recipe, but with our changes, a 5-star. We served it with brown rice pasta (my husband has to be gluten-free) and green beans. We're making it again tonight!
