Day Before Mashed Potatoes

Great go-to basic meatloaf. I think that is the point of this recipe. If you want to add things to it go ahead but rate this as-is then make suggestions. There is an option now to tweak the recipes. I love it. That way I can see what other people are doing with their own version of meatloaf and decide accordingly.

Fluffy Pancakes

I never have buttermilk in my fridge so when i saw that you dont need it for this recipe i decided to try it. It was my first time making pancakes from scratch. I will never go back to a mix. These are awesome. They take a little more time to cook but thats because they so "fluffy" so the middle needs time to be done.

I love thyme so I knew I would like these but I was wrong. I loved them. Next time I will cut the sugar a bit and add a little more cheese because I love cheese too.

Lots of margerine but delish. I made 1 with just onion powder and 1 with garlic powder added (as some suggested). The onion powder only wins hands down!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was the best pot pie I ever had. I hate changing recipes but I followed the advice of many reviewers and doubled the "sauce". Thank goodness I did. I added poultry seasoning to the flour mixture because I love it. I also omitted the onions. I will make it this way from now on.

Greek Lentil Soup (Fakes)

Just Ok. kind of bland. next time I will use chicken stock instead of water. I liked it with balsamic vinegar more than the red wine vinegar.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

I love this recipe! I hate when people change the recipes and then rate the that they made but I added matchstick carrots(note to self-buy pre- made cuz they are a pain). And although it was fun to stuff the mixture into the leaves at the end I just shredded the lettuce and threw it in with the rest. Next ime I will do the same and on of favorite with rice.I can play around with the heat top with hot chili oil or add red pepper flakes) but the kids and hubby are babies. Next time diced chicken? I'm excited to fiddle with it.
