I am a 31 year old mom to a 9 year old, Nathan. I am recently married to a wonderful silician man name Paul who loves to eat! We live in Southern California. I am a FINRA registered assistant for a brokerage firm in Orange County. I am the BBQ master. I love marinades, and try alot of different ones, some homemade, and some storebought. One of the beauties of living is SoCal is being able to grill outdoors year round! I come from a traditional Italian family. My mom never cooked, so all of the things I have learned I have learned from my dad. He is more of a trial and error type of person, does not like recipes. Although that makes me nervous, it always turns out great! I consider anything that doesn't come out undercooked, overcooked, burnt, soggy or nasty a triumph! The first time I ever made cookies by myself, the recipe called for 1/2 tsp. of soda.Although I though that was a weird ingredient, I cracked open the can of coca-cola and put it in! ;)
