Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

Really flavorful! We loved the spice from the rub, and the glaze is out of this world! I did substitute parsley for the cilantro, but it was fabulous. This is company-worthy!

'Nuff Said Maple Bacon Fudge

We love this fudge! The saltiness of the bacon offsets the sweetness of the fudge and my family couldn't get enough of it. I only had regular bacon but had to make this, so I drizzled a little real maple syrup over the cooked bacon pieces. Yum! It takes about 30 minutes to cook the fudge, maybe a bit longer. I'll make this again for friends!

Quick Pumpkin Oatmeal

This was fantastic! My husband accidentally bought quick cooking oats, so I decreased the cooking time to 6 minutes in the microwave. I love that it's easy to control the amount of sugar in this recipe--less for me, a little more for my kids. This will be a Fall staple in our house. I can make up a batch and reheat servings before school. Thanks for sharing!

Beef Steak Salad with Dried Cherries

YUMMMM! So easy, and a GREAT way to feed steak to a group without breaking the budget. I had to sub hearts of romaine for Boston bibb lettuce (grocery store was out) and I used a smoked blue cheese which was delicious. All of the flavors work perfectly together, I wouldn't change a thing. My 11 year old daughter loved it too--without the blue cheese.

Beef Chili Five Ways

Moroccan Variation:Prepare recipe as directed above, adding 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and 1/4 cup chopped pitted dates or golden raisins with ingredients in step 2.Serve over hot cooked couscous.Garnish with toasted sliced almonds, chopped fresh mint and Greek yogurt, as desired. {I MADE THIS AND IT'S MY FAVORITE!!} ***Mexican Variation:Prepare recipe as directed above, adding 1 tablespoon cocoa powder with ingredients in step 2.Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro, pepitas (pumpkin seeds) and corn tortilla chips, as desired. Serve with corn tortillas. [ALSO MADE THIS AND IT'S OK.THE TOPPINGS ADD A LOT.] ***Italian Variation:Prepare recipe as directed above, adding 1-1/2 teaspoons fennel seed with ingredients in step 2.Before removing from heat, stir in 3 cups fresh baby spinach.Cover;turn off heat and let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until spinach is just wilted.Serve over hot cooked orecchiette or cavatappi, if desired. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and pine nuts, as desired. ***Cincinnati Variation:Prepare recipe as directed above,adding 3 tablespoons white vinegar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon with ingredients in step 2.Serve over hot cooked elbow macaroni.Garnish with chopped white onion, sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese, as desired.

Chicken 'N Pasta Primavera

This is a quick and easy family dinner,and I agree with the reviewer who mentioned your alfredo sauce will make or break this meal. I used Prego's alfredo with bacon and we loved it! Not having to chop the blend of vegetables which includes asparagus, carrots, red bell pepper, and peas, made this a super fast pasta dish. I used fusilli since I'm out of fettucini, but any pasta will do. I would make this again if I'm pressed for time.

HERDEZ® Creamy Tomatillo Avocado Salsa

Fabulous! We ate this in lieu of our normal salsa & sour cream with my Farmer's Market Vegetarian Quesadillas, and my family LOVED it. I added a bit more Greek yogurt but will definitely make this again. So, so good! Thanks, Valerie!

Fantastic Gorgonzola and White Wine Cheese Ball

This is going in my best cheeseball file--and there aren't many that make that list! It is delicious, even my daughter enjoyed it. I served it with simple&crisp dried apple & pear slices and it was incredible! The only change I made was subbed dried parsley for the paprika. MMMmmmm!

Pickled Grilled Vegetables

I can't believe more folks haven't tried this recipe! It's amazing! Who would've thought to grill the vegetables prior to pickling? It adds a wonderful slightly smoky flavor to the pickles, and I plan on trying this with other vegetables--carrots & cauliflower to make a grilled giardiniera. You can definitely control the heat in this recipe. If you want less, use less red pepper flakes, more, go all out. THANKS, as always, Chef John!

We loved it--the simple dressing combined with the sweetness of the apples was delicious. I forgot to buy a green pepper, so I used red and yellow, and added some extra color with some chopped chives. This is fantastic with barbecue!

Toffee Crunch Cookies

These ARE delicious! Buttery, perfectly crispy without being hard, with a sweet & salty vibe. My 10 year old daughter wanted to make cookies, and this was the recipe she chose by default--we had all the ingredients in the pantry. Use the Heath baking bits if you can find them. This is a cookie to share!

Rosemary Lemon Margarita

This is really good! I mixed the sugar in the lemon juice until it dissolved completely, then mixed everything together. The subtle scent and flavor of the rosemary makes this a perfect Spring and Summer party drink. YUM!

Johnsonville Easy Sausage Pizza

So easy and delicious! I had no issues with the sausage not cooking (this is how most pizza places do it!) and used sliced tricolor peppers since my crew doesn't care for green. This recipe is versatile also, you can add anything to it. Pineapple, parsley, or green onions would be great on it. Thanks for an easy recipe and wonderful product, Johnsonville!

YUMMMM! I used semi-sweet chips since that's what I had, but these are fantastic! Everyone loves them! I think I prefer these over regular chocolate chip cookies, because the coconut adds great flavor and texture. Yep, I'm going to have another right now. Thanks for sharing!
