Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2012
I LOVED THIS RECIPE!! Only thing I did different was I sauteed the onions in butter before I mixed everything together. I also only used about a cup of cheddar cheese and didn't put any on top. I am a sucker for French Fried Onions so instead of the cracker topping (which I am sure is amazing) I used cheddar cheese French Fried Onions. Sooooo good. I will NEVER go back to the cream of mushroom recipe again. Can't wait to make this one for Christmas.

These were awesome!! I didn't use banana because the birthday girl requested I leave it out, so I just used cantaloupe, pineapple and strawberries with a little grape on top!!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2010
Oh I loved this. Didn't change a thing....but next time I might add more breadcrumbs because they were soooo good. There are not many dishes that are better the next day....but this one is!! UPDATE: Ok so I made this again today but changed a few things. Instead of broccoli I used one can of green beans, one can of corn and one can of sweet peas. Everything else I kept the same but put a ton more breadcrumbs on top. It's perfect as written but it's also a good base recipe as well. Oh the possibilities.........

Linda's Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2010
All I can say is that if you don't like this lasagna, YOU are doing something wrong! This turned out AMAZING! I doubled the recipe and added an extra tablespoon of sugar (because I like my tomato base things sweet) but besides that I didn't change a thing. I loved this so much that even the next day (when I had no leftovers because it was such a hit everyone ate seconds) I was tempted to make another batch. This is for sure my favorite lasagna I have EVER had!! Thanks Linda, you are a great cook!!

These burgers are AWESOME! I tried them at the media party for Allrecipes when "What's Cooking" launched and I must admit I didn't think I would like them at all....but I had one and instantly wanted another. They are amazing! I can't wait to make them myself. Cute webisode by the way. : ) I am excited for it to air!!!

Pecan Crusted Salmon

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
absolutely the best salmon i have ever, EVER had! my mother is a salmon lover and has had all kinds and she said she has never had better. as for my husband, he didn't like.....not because it was gross but because he HATES fresh water fish....especially salmon. i tried to do fish dish he would like but no success. i will just have to make this every time he isn't home or make him something different when i want this. i can't tell you how flavorful and amazing this was. i prepared the sauce before hand so it was nice and thick when i got home and it stuck to the fish great! i accidently left the parsley out though. : (

Mexican Pizza II

very good. i feel it's missing enchilada sauce but it was still yummy without it. next time i might warm up the tortillas a little on the stove top to get them a little bit crispier. besides that i really enjoyed.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: May 17, 2010
this tasted nothing like curry but i still rated it a 5 because it was so good. i followed the recipe to the T and it came out perfect. i will for sure make this over and over. it tasted more like a tomato soup chicken with a hint of curry. maybe next time i will either 86 the tomato sauce or cut down on it. amazing though!!!
