Thinking 1/2 gallon of milk is a quart. Had to double bread pudding recipe to compensate for extra milk. Adding salt to a fish batter that all ready had seasoning in it.

Adam's Apple Cake
Delicious cake but I'll do better next time after learning how to avoid pitfalls my first time. Batter was impossible to mix apples without adding a few tbsp. of milk. Some things I did different. Used Gala apples with skin on. Didn't use lemon or orange to keep them from browning. Used Splenda and brown sugar half and half in place of white. Added chopped pecans and split recipe into two smaller loaf pans.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
Haven't tasted yet, but I have a few suggestions to avoid confusion. Make sure baking dish is deep enough for all the liquid. Move "until juices run clear" to end of sentence. Basking should be done during cooking, not after juices run clear. Can't wait to try it.

Firehouse Station 2 Healthy Chili
Got rave reviews at church Sunday lunch. Used original Rotel diced tomatoes. Used one less can Rotel and only one can chopped green chili peppers in a recipe for 30 servings. Add back only if you want the heat.
