Pesto
I made a batch of this and compared it to "Pesto Sauce," also on this site, and this is the clear winner for me! The ratio of basil/nuts/oil/cheese was perfect, and next time I will definitely try the parsley for a different twist.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops
This recipe is exactly what I wanted: a simple, foolproof recipe to use up pork chops on a night when I wasn't in the mood to cook. It may be straight out of the 70s, but there's a reason it's still around. Thanks!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
I have made this time and time again, and people still request it at least once a week! It's been popular with my husband, my nursing class (80% Mexican), and the wide variety of international guests that stay at our house. The only change I make us substituting kale (stems removed) for spinach, and adding the kale about 5 min. before serving so it can soften.
