I liked it meat was really tender. It was kind of bland. I sprinkled crushed red paper on mine. Wife didn't like it. (hence the rating)

Sunday Gravy

THis was awesome. I made minor modifications: - 1-1.5 cups red wine. - 2 cups sliced mushrooms. - 2 tablespoons sugar - crushed the garlic (I used more) - 30 min before serving, pulled all meat out onto a platter and shredded beef and pork, slice sausage. Returned it to crack pot. This thickened everything very nicely.

Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style)

Excellent! Easy. Started by toasting bread, adding ingredients one by one about every 2 minutes under broiler so everything got toasty. Also put two layers of cheese to melt the tomato etc. into place keep it from sliding off.

Lemon Basil Pesto Flat Iron Steak

Great recipe. I added extra garlic to the pesto and a 1 tsp red pepper instead. Was fantastic. Used New York steaks and let them sit for hours in the fridge in a covered 8x8x2 glass dish with garlic and pesto rubbed on both sides before cooking them. Thanks for the great recipe. Into my recipe box it goes as a top rated keeper.

Bacon Roasted Chicken

Really moist chicken.I used as much bacon as needed to totally cover chicken. After cooking I also used the bacon(chopped) as topping on Baked Potato that I serve with chicken.

Beer Brisket

Fantastic. My wife likes it to fall apart so she craves this recipe. I serve it to our neighbor and she dies for it. I modified it by using beef stock instead of bouillon and covering it with mushrooms too (I used fresh precut bags of mushrooms from grocery store, 2 bags so it was easy:) Makes a killer gravy for mashed potatos.
