Chorizo Breakfast Burritos
Ive been eating this my whole life. My mom always made it for my brothers and i as kids. She sometimes would add diced potatoes..YUMMY!!! She also would sometimes serve it on white bread with mayonaise on both sides. The bread with mayo way is my favorite but tortillas (especially corn) are very good too!! Also my mom never did the i am excited to try that addition to this fond family recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
I used a 4 1/2 lb pork shoulder roast. I did a dry rub(homeade,including brown and white sugars and other seasonings of my liking) all over the roast and place it in a ziploc bag with half a bottle of beer overnite. The next day i added a bottle of A & W Rootbeer and then let that marinate all day and nite. The next day i put it my slow cooker on low and let it cook for 10 hrs (I did add a bottle of bbq sauce and rubbed it all over every side of the roast) I took it out.. drained it,shredded it, added a bottle of Sweet baby Rays bbq sauce (i kept a about 2 cups of the sauce it cooked in and added that to bbq sauce) and let it cook another 45mins-one hr on high..then i served it on kaiser far the BEST pulled pork sandwich ever! Only difference is next time ill do TWO bottles of sweet baby rays instead of ONE!! Definately keeping this recipe..altho my rating of 5 stars is obviously based on my changes and difference in the way i marinated it...i didnt try the recipe as written as i read thru most the reviews first and decided against it.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole IV
I only had cream of chicken and mushroom so used that instead,didnt have green onion,used fresh cooked brocoli,cooked chicken and cut up,cooked brown rice (about 5 cups cooked)added 1/2 cup redwine vinegar to the cr of mush and chicken soup and simmered on the stove with the milk for a couple mins, put it all in a greased 13 by 9 and mixed it all up added some onion salt and lemon pepper topped with seasoned bread crumbs and cooked. The last ten mins i added some Cheddar cheese to the top...we loved it!!
