Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2011
Fabulous for my first attempt at stuffed mushrooms. I do that some fresh bread crumbs wouldnt hurt on top instead of more cheese. Also, Tried with Portebello Caps and it didn't work as well, but worked for dinner at home. Thanks for the great recipe!

Meringue Mushrooms

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2008
Being a young adult, I hadn't heard of these small confections before. So I just had to include them into my holiday cookie gift assortments. Although many people had seen them before, my age group were just floored! A definate treat to leave an impression. The chocolate cofentioners--- I wasn't sure what EXACTLLY is was, so I used Cocoa powder, tasted great ( almost like really marshmallowy hot chocolate!) I also dyed some coconut green, mixed into some corn syrup and dipped the stem bottoms in there for some added realness. For some fantasy-- we made some colored corn syrup and painted little spots to resemble Wonderland mushrooms.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2008
Fabulous, Fabulous, FABULOUS! There were the cookies I have been looking for. I followed other people's suggestions and used some instant oats in place of flour ( although I did NOT grind them up), baked in a 325° oven, for around 13-15 minutes. Even left out, uncovered, over night they stayed nice and chewy. Also, adding some other flavor chips and nuts was a wonderful addition to this sinful cookie!

Doughnut Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2007
Fantastic idea for leftover/day-old doughnuts! I made this recipe almost exactly before I even searched the site for it. I had 3 left over doughnuts and 5 eggs that were left over from a dozen that had accidentally frozen. I whipped it all up with some milk, almond and vanilla extract. One step I added instead of just raisins, I sprinkled raisin bran over the top and baked. The whole family loved it!
