Alfredo Blue

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2006
I thought this was pretty good but it definitely needs a meat or vegetable added to it. I added sun dried tomatoes and that was good, but next time I'd probably add ham.

Cheesiest Potato Soup

Excellent. Easy to make and very tasty. I recommend serving it like the picture shows, in a bread bowl with sour cream, bacon, cheese and chives on top! So tasty!

Excellent. Have made a few times. My favorite way to serve it is with sliced avocado and crushed Dorito corn chips on top. Very tasty!

Sooo good! The only thing I like to do differently is add flavored dried cranberries, like cherry or orange. Great salad for serving guests!

Wow this was a hit! Try adding a bit of maple syrup to the sausage after cooking it through...adds a nice sweet touch to the casserole. My guests raved about it!

Hot Bacon Dressing

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2006
My husband said this was "outstanding" and he's pretty particular, especially with salads....I served this dressing (using only 1/2 the sugar per other reviews and adding a little of the bacon grease to it) over spinach leaves, tomato, hard-boiled egg, a little feta cheese and candied pecans (sounds like a strange combination but it was an excellent blend of flavors.) Thanks for a great dressing!

Baked Eggs

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2006
This is a good foundation for adding on-hand ingredients. I added spicy chicken sausage, onions and tomato, and it was still a little bland. I think I'd add something to give it a little kick, like some green chiles. Overall an easy and good casserole.

Bourbon Pecan Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2006
Wow! This was better than I thought it was going to be. I used Candied Pecans and when I chopped them up for the coating, I left a lot of big pieces in there (which was great, when we ate it there were big bite size pieces). My husband loved it and gave it 5 stars!

Baked Potato Soup II

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2006
I thought this was pretty good. This was one of those recipes that doesn't take long to prepare, which is always great. I sauteed green onion and garlic and then added it to the soup with some cheese, crumbled bacon and a little sour cream on top and I thought it still needed something. It was a little bland still. I would make again but add more spices or cheese or something to it.
