In a food world full of toxins, growth hormones, and other chemicals, I believe in being extra careful about what we put into our bodies. The foods we eat affect our health and wellness, and overall our quality of lives. I make a point of making every meal as healthy as possible, using fresh and clean ingredients, and following Biblical guidelines.
I am also Jewish by blood and have also had the opportunity to visit Israel- which I LOVED. The food was so good and I like cooking foods culturally inspired as such.
