Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust
Everything you want a crust to be! I must have not rolled it thin enough be cause I only got 3 crusts out the recipe. I can't believe I ever bought pie crust-YUCK! I am a convert- normally I eat the insides of pie and leave the crust which is usually a combination of dry/burnt/gummy/flavorless. This amazing recipe cooked to a perfect golden brown without covering it and is flaky even the bottom stayed crisp! Thank you Ruth's Grandma!!!
