Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
I added a paste of onion, garlic, and jalapeno... took out onion/garlic pepper. Rubbed the mixture into the chicken and then cooked in a skillet. Very Very Yummy!!! Will definitely make again!

New Red Potato Salad
I would recommend cooking the potatoes slower so that they are not crunchy. Also, I added a little mustard and fresh dill. I felt that this enhanced the flavor tremendously. I would make it again but with my changes.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Mmmm!! These are AMAZING!!! I will definitely make these again! I used the recommendation of 3tb sugar/3tsp cinnamon for the rolling mixture. I cooked my cookies at slightly less than 8mins (I think my cookies might have been a little smaller). I got 4 dozen out of the mix. Soooo Yummy.
