Aunt Jewel's Chicken Dressing Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2015
I ended up sauteing the chicken first with butter, garlic and onions instead of boiling; then doubled the stuffing and also added brocolli. It was great comfort food and my little one loved it!

The crescent rolls were doughy and gross. I wasnt expecting firm crescent rolls, but we were eating uncooked dough. Yuck to us.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: May 24, 2014
This is a heavy bread! But so versatile! I gather all of the wet ingredients in one bowl, the dry in another and barely mix them together before putting in the loaf pan. I substitute all kinds of things for the bananas if I want: blueberries, strawberries, pumpkin or and applesauce. Whatever equal 2 1/3 cups of fruit. Also add a dash of cinnamon.

Campbell's® Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2014
I've made this recipe a million times and really enjoyed it. No, it's not authentic enchiladas, or spicy cheesiness. But it's a great family recipe that kids and adults love. After baking, I always have a little taco bar with black olives, sour cream and green onions and everyone loves it!! Great basic recipe that you can customize!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2008
This was excellent. I mocrowaved the garlic and the olive oil for about a minute. Then in another dish, I had breadcrumbs, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper - and parmesan flakes. I brushed the olive oil on, then dredged it in the dry mixture. I put it in a glass dish and baked it for 35 minutes. It was delicious!! I really think the shaved parmasen adds to the flavoring! Thanks for the recipe!

Choco-Chip Cookies

These turned out great! We used the splenda, splenda brown sugar, and I can't believe it's not butter to make it even more healthier - and they turned out wonderful!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff II

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2006
This was pretty good - only added 2 cups of water and threw in an onion. This was a tasty dish, however, it just didn't taste like Stroganoff...

Pasta, Chicken and Artichokes

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2006
Thought this was pretty good - even though im not a huge chicken fan. I kept the chicken cut into really small pieces and let it slowly cook with some garlic, olive oil and a little onion. Then I took that out, added the broth, a little heavy cream, white wine and some flour to thicken it. Then I put everything back in the pan, added some more pepper, salt, red pepper, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Really seemed to melt the flavors together. Could not believe how low-calorie it is!

Dessert Crepes

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2003
This recipe was GREAT! I thought it would be hard, but it was seriously easy. And they taste absolutely wonderful!! Just make sure that you use a teflon coated pan, and to keep the crepes, when they are done, and while still cooking the others, in the oven to keep warm. They did reheat great though when I put the leftovers in the fridge. I just put Nutella and whipped cream on mine and cant get enough of them!

Stuffed Mushrooms with Swiss Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2003
This was a wonderful recipe!! I love it because you can customize (by adding more or less onion, breadcrumbs, or even lots of garlic). I even added crab meat too and it was delicious! Thanks so much!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2003
This was seriously one of the best recipes that we have ever tasted. It's great because you can customize how much blue cheese to put on (we just put enough to cover the crust), and how HOT you want your chicken to be! Just do a taste test of the chicken before you put it on the pizza. We also used a Boboli pizza crust, and it was great and easy! Absolutely wonderful!

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2003
This was seriously the easiest and most tasty pork chop meal that I have ever made!!! It was a simple, one dish that was wonderful! I made the pork chops first, then sauted the mushrooms, then made the tasty sauce. Everything turned out perfect, and it was great as leftovers too! Thanks Toni
