Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2008
These were so delicious. I didn't have bread crumbs, so I crushed seasoned Kashi whole wheat crackers instead. I also used only the egg yolk as many other reviewers did. I don't know if it made a difference, really. Also, I added SALT! I don't know if it was left out of the recipe on purpose, but I couldn't imagine making a hamburger without salt! Other than that, I followed the recipe to a tee. The end result was super-juicy and extremely tasty. I'll be making these again! Note: make sure that your garlic is chopped finely enough! I got a chunk of it in my burger - made it a little strong. PS. - they were not meatloaf-y at ALL! I despise meatloaf!

Raspberry Iced Tea Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2012
I made these last year for a brunch for my mother and mother-in-law. They were delicious and everyone couldn't stop raving about them. Well worth all the time and effort. I did use fresh raspberries instead of frozen because that is what I had on hand, and it still turned out fine.

Southwestern Chicken and White Bean Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2012
It was pretty good, but I think it was a little lacking in flavor. Still nice to come home to, and a nice hearty meal.

Winter Lentil Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2012
Gosh, I hate to be the first to give a bad review, but I just didn't like this recipe at all. I followed all the instructions - just used homemade turkey stock instead of chicken broth - and still wasn't a fan of this soup. It seemed there was something severely missing. My son didn't like it either. I'm giving it 3 stars because my husband, who really enjoys cabbage, liked it and ate 3 servings of it, so for fairness' sake I at least need to give it something - it could just be me, you know?

Low-Fat Apple Spice Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
These muffins tasted great and were a nice low-calorie treat for the morning. The reason they got four stars is because they came out kind of tough. I will try this recipe again and mix it even less than I did originally. If you make this recipe make sure to only mix the dry/wet ingredients just so!

Fiber One® Chocolate-Peanut Butter Haystacks

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
Delicious recipe and so easy to make. The hardest part was finding room in my refrigerator to let these set. I loved it, but I did substitute natural peanut butter for reduced fat - less junk that way!

Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Artichoke Hearts, Feta Cheese, Capers, and Black Olives

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2012
This was satisfying, healthy, and delicious. I thought artichokes tasted a bit odd paired with olives, but it didn't detract from the dish too much. Like many other posters, I also used kalamata olives rather than the plain black ones.

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2012
This was a great omelet. I used more pesto than the recipe called for!

Garden Veggie Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2012
I was scared of this recipe, but it was actually pretty good. I wouldn't leave out the sherry like so many other reviewers are; it was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly. The only thing I didn't like the diced celery or chopped carrots, and it was more of a texture issue - I don't like crunchy soups! But the taste was great.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
This is one of my favorite recipes on the website and I've made it several times, with good success each time. I love it, but it's also the first time I'd ever made barbecue. For some reason I was scared to make barbecue (I live in the south so I know what it should taste like - a little intimidating!) but even without a smoker or grill, I could make tasty, zesty, SHREDDED barbecue at home in my crock pot! Love this recipe!

Spring Vegetable Bundles

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
I have to admit I was a little intimidated to make these, but it worked perfectly and my family enjoyed them for Easter. It's much easier to assemble than you think, and I have to admit that this is one of the only times I've enjoyed asparagus!! They are so cute.

Grilled Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage with Tomato Cream Sauce Over Linguine

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
I made this recipe as is except used whole milk instead of table cream. It was simply delicious. Don't leave out the fresh oregano - it really makes the dish.

Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage and Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
I was disappointed in the spices in this recipe. I expected more of an Italian flavor. But it was fine otherwise, and good leftovers - I made half the recipe and it was plenty for my husband and toddler, and we had leftovers.

Grilled Mediterranean Greek Pizza with Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage

I liked the flavors of everything here, but the sausage was a bit odd. Still a good little recipe!

Delicious juicy burger! Topped mine with monterey cheese. Will make again! I used lean sirloin instead of chuck, and it was just as flavorful and juicy.
