Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2013
It was "ok" but not what I think of when I think of Jambalaya.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2008
Very good! I like to add more then 1 cup of the mix at the bottom because it's not enough to give it the layered affect.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2008
Perfect! Followed the recipe as is. Makes a lot even when some of them I placed on the sheet were fairly big (Love big chocolate chip cookies!) Also noticed some say to cool the dough, I didn't read that till after making them but I had made the dough the night before and placed it in the cooled, dont know if it helped but I guess others think it does. Oh yeah and this recipe beat two other cookie recipes at the office in a bake sale ;o)

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2007
Very easy to make and very tasty. I did not think I would like the combination but I did. This is going in my book and many recipes do not make it to my book.

Linda's Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2007
Well I always come to this site for new recipe's and like the high rating's usually. However, making this exactly the way it states I found this to be a very salty lasagna, also not enough sauce and the sauce to be thin. So if I were to try this recipe again I would eliminate the salt & pepper and also double the sauce ingredients and cook maybe add more paste to it. But my friend and I did clear our plates so I give it a 3.

Simply Lemon Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2003
I've made this several times and it has always come out tender and just the right amount of tangy. I only use one lemon though not 2, first time I did it with 2 and the lemon took over the taste. I cooked it for a friend and between him and I we ate it all in one meal.
