About Me
I LOVE to cook, while now I work in a different arena I have worked for Marriott Food Service in the past for a few years, from a 3 star resort to a college campus I know individual and mass production - now I cook for a family of 4 + a guest or two from time to time - I've taken on a cullinary challenge - and hopefully when the economy goes good again this challenge will turn out a menu... Here's to hoping!!!
My favorite things to cook
previously, I grilled everything on my BBQ - lately I've been stuck on a seafood kick - I'm actually trying to migrate my family to a more healthy dinner experience by trying new and exciting things...
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Mom and her sauce reductions, every food made a sauce and every sauce had a food!!!
My cooking triumphs
Currently, seared seafood items...
My cooking tragedies
Currently, eggs...
