Healthy Garden Salad

This is my go-to salad for potlucks. There is never any leftovers! I make it as-is, no substitutions because it turns out perfectly every time.

This is a great recipe! The only substitution I made was using herbs de provence instead of just dried thyme. We made it while camping and let it simmer slowly while we hiked. It turned out perfectly!

Broccoli Beef I

Made this almost exactly as is (I used some leftover chuck roast I made the night before that got a bit dry and added fresh ground pepper) and it is delicious! It's super easy to make and so tasty!

Hash Brown Casserole II

I made this almost exactly as is, except I put it in the crockpot on low for 4 hours and used half cheddar & half sharp cheddar cheese. I also left off the corn flake mixture. My father-in-law said these were the best potatoes he's ever had!

Dijon-Style Artichoke Dip

This wasn't bad at all. I'm not a huge fan of artichoke (marinated or otherwise) but this was pretty good. I served it with carrot sticks & celery sticks. I bet this would be good on crackers too!
