These are officially my favorite cookies! LOVE this recipe! I never have shortening in the house, so I just use all butter. Bake them on parchment paper for 9 - 10 minutes. They look undone in the middle when I take them out of the oven, but they always end up perfectly crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle. I use Craisins instead of raisins, and also add chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, walnuts, and chopped candied ginger pieces. Ultimate YUMness!!! Thanks, Beth!
