Living on beautiful Vancouver Island in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada with my husband and two golden retrievers. We are empty nesters with 4 children (2 in Ontario and 2 in BC). We love to walk, bike and boat.
My favorite things to cook
Anything with a crust or a frosting! I have been baking since my grandmother first taught me to make chocolate chip cookies and pie crust in 1969.

Now that our kids have grown, I miss our big Sunday dinners with prime rib and yorkshire pudding!
