Vegetarian Korma

Good as-is, but I have also modified to use coconut milk. This a great flexible recipe - I add or remove the veggies depending on what I have!

Cinnamon-Curry Tuna Salad

Very very good!!! I am going to try adding some cashews and dried cranberries just to change it up a bit, but this is excellent as-is! Perfect for my husband who doesn't care for the flavor of tuna.

Very good but a little bland on first try. Combined some other suggestions and think that adding more soy/wine/worst mixture, more cranberries, and alternately using couscous instead of rice are great options for flavor. Definitely a keeper!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Love this recipe! My husband is a complete meat lover, and I have never really cared much for beef. For the first time ever, I went back for seconds when eating pot roast! The second time I made it, I was out of onion soup mix, but had some vegetable soup mix, and it was just as good! Thank you!

Pan Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Ginger-Shiitake Brown Butter

This was a great and easy option for a dinner party. I LOVE ginger, so I enjoyed the sauce very much! This wasn't a recipe that I was overwhelmed by, but it was very good.

Pork Loin Chops in Apple Cream

This was scrumptious and easy! The sauce was amazing! I made no changes to the original recipes and loved it! Honestly, this is the first time in ages that both of my children have eaten all their dinner without complaint!
