I loved the sweet and salty combo of this sauce! I was Major jonesing for salmon and the family Devoured this dish! I did not marinade the fish but grilled the fish for a few minutes and basted the fish till it was done. I brushed on a final coat before serving. Excellent! Thanks a heap Kerri.

Blue Cheese and Dried Cranberry Tossed Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
I love this fresh tasting salad! It is the perfect salad for the hot summer months. I don't always have pecans on hand and use whatever nuts I have on hand, pumpkin seeds usually but roasted almonds are a good crunchy choice too!

Beer Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
This sauce was Super Good! Easy and quick. I used some Italian sausage I had in the freezer instead of the pepperoni, I put those on top. This recipe is a bit deceiving, It is actually only the sauce. The name implies that it IS the pizza. I found lil 7oz bottles of Corona's in a six pack, soo cute! I used one and forgot to get the green peppers. I used the spices, onion, beer, sausage. Sauteed it all together and WA LA!! SAUCE FOR A GREAT PIZZA!! Thank You I will make this again:0

This is super Cool for the hot summer months. I like to add celery seeds to mine fora little added flavor. Very nice for company and any meat you would serve with it or a light lunch on a bed of greens, maybe a scop of cottage cheese along side.

Super Sausage Gravy

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
My hubby loves biscuits and gravy! I usually mess it up. Not this time:) I couldn't find Bob Evans sausage so I use the store brand country sausage. I did add some more butter/grape seed oil since the sausage didn't give off very much fat. I added the flour and cooked that while I was getting the biscuits out of the oven. Put it all together and got rave reviews from my sweety! Thanks BE for reminding me to KISS!

Maria's Broccoli Rabe

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2011
I am a huge broccoli Rabe fan!! I have aways just sauted it a bit and add just a little water to get it cooked. The bitterness never really bothered me or for that matter, crossed my mind or taste buds. I figured that was the way it was supposed to taste. The flavor is Fabulous!! It can be hard to find but when I do, I grab a couple bunches, cook it all up and freeze asmall portions of it for later dinners. I do the same with collard greens. If you haven't tried this spring time veggy, you Must. It is very good, it's better with some bacon sprinkled in it too. LOL Thank you Maria, I will be making this again and again!

Onion & Garlic Biscuit Flat Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2011
Perfect little cheesy bisuit! Super fast to fix, by the time the oven is pre heated, you will be ready to pop them in! The only thing I added was some cracked black pepper. Next time I make this and I Will make it again BellPepper, is some chopped chilies (pablano or jalapenos) This is fancy enough for company or casual enough for a football party:) This would be fun to try different cheeses like a little blue ir smoked Gouda. Thanks BP We loved it!

Daddy's 'If They'da had This at the Alamo we would'ha WON!' Texas Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
It has been unusually Cold in So Cal. lately and I needed a warm chili to warm up my family. We loved this! I used beer in place of the H2O since there is more flavor in beer. I also cut up skirt steak and Yes, I added beans too! My hubby Loves beans so he gets them:) I used a couple different ground chilies for this and the longer it sat, the hotter and Better it got! I made some toasted sourdough garlic bread to round out the meal. Thank you KiKi I will for sure make this again.

Great title!! I LOVE the taste of salmon, you do not need too much to make it taste FAB, this sauce is all that is required! I only had orange marmalade so that's what I used, along with a few tablespoons of Sriracha sauce. Excellent 10 stars, I served it with cottage fries. Thank you Cookntaste
