Barbecued Spam Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2013
What's not to love, it's Spam and BBQ sauce! LOL, I added cheese, sliced onion and chopped jalapenos. BTW, the Spam was jalapeno flavored too! We like the meat a bit thicker so I slice the whole can into 3rds. Spam is a fickle beast, you either Detest it or can't get enough, I am Happy, we ( well, 1/2 the family) are in the latter camp. My younger kids don't like Spam so they get whatever else I can scrounge up! Thank You DG!! Keeper:):)Sorry it took SO long to give it a Face!

JELL-O Patriotic Mini Fruit Tarts

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2013
I wanted to give these a gentle tweak so I used a can of biscuit dough, flattened them, dipped them in cinnamon-sugar mixture & baked them off @ 350 for 10 minutes in a muffin tin. In the mean time I mixed a large box of vanilla pudding and Jello 'No Bake' cheesecake filling (minus the crumbs) with 2 1/4 C. milk. Once the biscuits came out I used the end of a fat round spoon to open up the cup, cool and fill with pudding. My kids Loved these! I did have extra filling so I might add some unsweetened coco and give it Another Twist! 2 thumbs UP!! Thanks Jello!

I had some bacon I was using for another recipe, I just threw in some and it was very good. For those who think this is bland, it does Say salt n pepper to taste, meaning if its bland, add more seasoning! Thank you Rachel817. Keepper!

OMG, you want to feed a bunch of Hungry young adults Fast?? This comes together in a snap! I made it with shredded mozzarella cheese and actually forgot some of the spices, although I did fry the bacon with chorizo since I was making cowboy beans and used the same mass of cooked bacon for both dishes. The crowd INHALED this recipe!! All I saw the next morning was the bottom of the loaf pan! LOL Thank You Cat !!! Keeper for Sure:):)

Amazing Calavacita and Pork

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2013
I liked this pretty well. Hubby not so much. His Mama used to add jalapenos and crumbled up Queso Fresco Mexican cheese. I used chicken bouillon instead of the Worcestershire sauce. To those who think its bland, you might need to add more salt n pepper:)If its too Mushy, don't cook it as long! I just got another batch of zucchini so I might give this a go again. Thanks CThompson76.
