Wonderful Meatballs! Just the right amount of flavoring without overpowering my sauce. Will use them in Sub Sandwiches also.

Tater Tot Taco Casserole

This is really a tasty meal. All flavors worked together nicely. I did add a small amount of green chilies I had in fridge. Thanks for submitting this recipe. A definite keeper.

Alabama Fire Crackers

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
I've made these a few times now and family still wants more! I've used the oyster crackers, Triscuits, regular saltines. All are met with people asking for more. Thanks for a great snack idea. I should add my grown son ran out of bread crumbs when cooking chicken one day so he crushed these up and said the chicken turned out fantastic.

These are excellent tasting bars. I keep some in my frig when I need a good "pick me up". I also take them to work to snack on. Definate keeper recipe.

Crunchy Cheese Crisps

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2011
I made this recipe for the Recipe Group. I had to substitute Spicy Brown Mustard and used regular shredded Cheddar Chesse, not the fine shred. I enjoyed the flavor and crispness of these. No problems with greasiness at all. Husband was impressed and ate 5 out of the 9 I made. He asked me to make them again but with more cayenne. That really put them over the edge in flavor. I'll be making these quite often. I think I'll try different mustard flavors also.

Irish Lassie's Liver and Onions

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
Very tasty recipe. Because they were optional, I didn't add the peppers. Hubby and I ate almost every bite. Served it over baby red potatoes, and corn on the cob on the side. Wonderful balance of flavors.

Kansas City Style Pork Back Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
Do not change a thing about the seasonings for this recipe. Right on the taste buds. Everything plays against each other in the most wonderful way. Cooked as suggested on the grill, yes, very, very good. Am keeping this rub in my kitchen all year long. Perfect combination.

Iced Coffee

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2011
Ratio of coffee and milk was right on for me. I had to add a few more ice cubes because I have a maker that makes tiny cubes. Made it, drank it before I could take a picture. TY for a good recipe.

Grilled Peaches

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
Can we say "perfect flavor combination". The sweet, soft peach. The tangy of the vinegar and cheese was so flavorful. My daughter wanted Feta cheese on hers and said it was also wonderful. I stuck with the bleu cheese, oh my, so good.

Slow Cooker Maple Country Style Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
Followed directions except couldn't find the ginger. We don't like ginger anyway. Doubled and doubled again for the ribs I had. Excellent flavor, no BBQ flavor at all. Wonderful almost fall off the bone. Great smell and taste with rice on the side to accept the sauce. Definately try this for a different flavor.

Rosa's Carne con Pappas

Reviewed: May 3, 2012
Family and I totally enjoyed this recipe. Hubby said it was "pretty good stuff", in other words, he really liked it. I served from the dish with sour cream and extra salsa on the side. Flavor and texture were very pleasing. Not too hot. Some added hot sauce, but the flavor really didn't need anything more. Will make this again.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
I would never have thought I could make a pizza sauce like this. Wonderful flavor, texture was right on target. Family commented on the "extra good pizza tonight". I didn't tell them, until they commented, that I had made the sauce. Well worth the time to make.

This is the tastiest "good for you" bar you will EVER eat. It has everything. Good texture, flavor, ease of making, eye candy factor. I added 1 tbsp. wheat germ, with the authors nod and these are wonderful. Make them for your family and friends. I will be making these all the time.

Cheesy Bacon Crescents

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
These crescents are very tasty and definitely remind me of a BLT without the L! I used the Seamless dough and got 4 good sized sandwiches. I would recommend crumbling the bacon. I made 2 using crumbles and found they folded much easier and were easier for young ones to eat. I also put cheese on 2 and those gave an even better cheesy flavor. Next time I might change around the ingredients and seasonings but on the whole, great recipe. I love the flakiness of the Pillsbury Crescents and this recipe showcases it very well.

Dry Ranch Mix

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2012
This mix is just what it claims to be a dry ranch mix. You can add or sub but this base is good on its own. Do not omit the crackers as it lends the texture and a certain flavor. Measure out as needed for recipes. I've used it in a dip and in a chicken marinade recipe and both had the flavor I was looking for.

Tarte aux Moutarde (French Tomato and Mustard Pie)

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
Made this for Recipe Group. Love the presentation factor. Taste is really good, the creamy cheese, the tart tomato, the earthy herbs and crunchy top crust are wonderful. The bottom crust is a little soft, but overall a wonderful combination of flavors. Daughter commented that we should make this again with different cheeses. I agree. I can't wait for tomorrow to have it for lunch. If there is any left.

This is the best way to cook pintos. Tasty, wonderful and the broth is to die for. Cornbread or biscuits alongside to get that wonderful juice.
