I make these pretty much the same way, but I add minced garlic and (if I have it on hand) chopped bacon as well. I usually roast them on 500 for about ten minutes in the beginning, then reduce the heat to 400. I also cover the sprouts with tin foil, take them out and shake them around every ten minutes or so, and in the last ten minutes of cooking will remove the tin foil top to let them brown a bit more. I'd give five stars if I didn't make some minor additions/adjustments to the existing recipe.
