Refreshing and delicious! And- it's a little different. Had a girls night and everyone wanted the recipe. I didn't change a thing.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2013
Wonderful recipe! Quick if you purchased the quick yeast (which my husband did not) but really delicious if you let rise overnight and then bake. I also smeared the butter first and then made twice the amount of cinnamon/brown sugar and sprinkled. Great!

Slow Cooker Carnitas from Old El Paso®

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2013
Why are these cooks rating a recipe they haven't cooked??????? This isn't a "comment" site.. it is for ratings so we can make an informed decision about making it or not. drives me crazy..... Anyway -- this is very good as is. I made one in the slow cooker a few weeks ago with not much seasoning and this was great in comparison.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2012
Soooooo delicious! It's a special occasion dinner. Full of flavor and great texture and easy. I didn't change a thing. p.s.- I hate people who review based on calories and fat. (when they haven't even made the recipe) Everyone doesn't have to lose weight!!! Keep those comments to yourself and don't hurt the recipes star rating.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2012
The flavor of this cake is delicious but mine turned out a little of the gooey side. I'd probably bake a little longer next time.

Three-Berry Lemon Trifle

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
I usually avoid recipes that are just assembling ingredients and not "cooking" but no complaints about this one!!! I made a chocolate layer cake from the Food Network (that took all day) and wanted another easier dessert for the dinner party. Well......no one finished the cake and everyone went back for seconds of this. I actually added more lemon juice and zest and I had to make more of the cream because there wasn't quite enough for the 3 layers. I didn't care --- it was so good!!

Apple Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2011
Delicious!!!! I have a friend who brings this to every party and when I asked for the recipe she only gave me 2 of the ingredients(so she could be the queen of the recipe I guess)........now I know! Very easy and great for any kid, (now teenager) party.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2011
Delicious. I used all chicken broth and used 4 chicken breasts total. Also - in the soup itself I added a tablespoon of dry cilantro while it cooked.

Bacon Crackers

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2011
I had these at a cocktail party and we all went nuts. Searched until I found the recipe. I've tried both good, freshly grated cheese and the cheaper cheese and actually the cheaper (green container) works better since it melts more easily. And- Club Crackers are the best. try them, you won't be sorry

Parmesan Fondue

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2011
This tastes very good but doesn't look as good. I made in a small crock pot since it had to be on an appetizer table for quite awhile. Taste is great!

Chicken Piccata with Artichoke Hearts

This is excellent! (and it looks much better than in the picture shown) Like other reviewers I doubled everthing for the sauce to make sure there was enough. Yummy!

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
These are so full of flavor! I added a little panko and a little parmesan cheese. My teens liked them so much that I made extra and put them in individual ziplock bags and froze them for after school snacks.

Strawberry and Feta Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
This is sooooo delicious. I don't like sweet dressings but I was willing to give it a try. I couldn't find raspberry vinegar so I bought Girard's light raspberry dressing and mixed in dijon mustard. Delicious. Crunchy, salty, sweet, and pretty healthy. thanks

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
I followed the recipe exactly and as others had suggested - I marinated in all the spices and then just before grilling I added the lime juice. I grilled them on a grill pan and served them room temp as an appetizer with cocktail sauce and an aioli for dips. Very good!

Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
This is delicious!!!! I didn't have bacon or water chestnuts so I just used slivered almonds. And I was craving a chicken salad with curry so I used 1/2 t. curry instead of ginger. Next time I'll try the ginger. Wonderful recipe......and I agree with other reviewers - a little less dressing would be better.

Krystal's Perfect Marinade for BBQ or Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2011
Delicious! The only change I made was to add Hoisen sauce and a little less brown sugar. I marinated boneless/skinless chicken breasts for 24 hours and it was the perfect amount of time. I had a few leftover the next day and they were a little "over marinated" but still good!

Thai Chicken

Reviewed: May 25, 2011
This was very, very good but I wouldn't make again unless I used low sodium soy sauce. I'm hoping that would take away the overly salty taste. (and I'm a salt-a-holic)
