Diane's Colcannon

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
Have never made this before and it was wonderful, great favors. Used cabbage from the garden, would not use added salt as some reviewers suggested. With the bacon and butter there is enough salty flavor. Had this with Guinness Corned Beef. Wow!

Guinness® Corned Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
This is best recipe for Corned Beef I have made. Cooking 3 hours allows it to be tender. Beer and brown sugar works. I did not change anything in the recipe. If you start adding ingredients it would take away from the simplicity of the flavors.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
Best chocolate chip cookie recipe ever! Brought it to work. Have a physician who wants to know when I will make the cookies again. Did not change a thing.

Trail Mix Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2009
Great that it does not use butter. Probably add more chocolate chips then I should, but use bittersweet. Sent them to Afghanistan to be shared, they made the trip and were a hit! Thank-you dancer7889
