Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Needed a last minute dinner idea and this was in the weekly email. It went over great! It had a yummy taste and it smelled heavenly cooking. I invited a friend over from an impromptu dinner last minute and she loved it. Her and hubby requested it again a few days later. Great dish!

Chicken Piccata

I'm giving it 5 stars because there were no leftovers and everyone loved it. I thought it was only a 3 star meal, but I admit I didn't keep a close eye on the dish while it cooked and I think I had the pan too hot. But it did take good. I've received several requests to make it again. This time I'll watch more closely. I'm sure it is just me being picky because even the toddlers loved it!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Big hit at our house, and oh so easy! 13 yr old pounded chicken flat while it was in a ziploc bag, super mess free ;-) I coated it and we put in fridge covered with foil till ready to pop in oven. The chicken was moist and tasty and not over powered with the garlic. Yummy - going in the regular meal line up.
