Easy and super delicious. The toffee has a great flavor- buttery and rich. I used a large baking sheet- probably 11x17. This produced toffee just over 1/4" thick- the perfect size I think. It was easy to break apart, but not so easy that it was fragile. Did not require my undivided attention to make, either- I stirred about every 5 minutes. And the best part was the pan in which I boiled the toffee took no effort to clean up. I filled it with water and came back an hour later and everything rised right off.
