I'm a bit of a foodie (thank you Food Network) and love to try new things. Everything, though I'm not a huge fan of baking. Every year I make a huge meal for my family of 5 and any stray people without family in the area for Thanksgiving. I love it, but I'm usually put off cooking for a month or so afterward so we go out for Brunch on every Christmas. A spectacular milk braised herbed pork loin, trash-can chicken (don't ask,) braised ox-tails and my own creation of "Dinner in a Pumpkin." Way too many to count. Being adventurous isn't always a good thing. Fortunately I've got a husband that eats whatever is put in front of him with a smile...I married a saint!
