Family hit! I used a pre cooked rotisserie chicken from the store, sliced two large carrots and cut up fresh beans into 1/2 inch pieces or so and tossed it all in from the beginning. Based on other input, I omitted the salt and bullion completely and only used 1 TSP of black pepper. I used: 4- 10 oz cans of cream of chicken soup and then filled one and a half of the cans with chicken broth to help get extra soup out of the can. Mine may have been a tad thinner than a pot pie but it was delicious and far from " soupy" ! Served it on top of Grands biscuits. Oh- and I omitted the potatoes. Next time I may try the potatoes and a dash of red pepper flakes?? Hmmm. Lots of options. Definitely being added to the favorites page of my recipes!!
