Lemony Chicken with Artichoke Hearts
This turned out much better than I anticipated. I made some tweaks to it though. Instead of vermouth, I used a Chardonnay I had already opened. I added mushrooms and capers and omitted the cornstarch and added a tad more flour at the end.

Rosemary-Scented Pork Loin Stuffed With Roasted Garlic, Dried Apricots and Cranberries and Port Wine Pan Sauce
I made this for Thanksgiving this year and it was so delicious. Everyone loved it, especially the port wine sauce. It seems a little daunting at first but once you start, it is really easy. I highly recommend it in lieu of boring turkey.
