Oops! I just realized I didn't read all of step 4. BUT these turned out great! I was looking for a quick and easy meal tonight; I had eggs on the brain but wasn't up for digging out the waffle iron or making French toast. Since I had a variety of fun things to fill/top these with, I went with this recipe. I don't know the technical differences between crepes or other recipes like this, but that's basically what I got and it was perfect! SUPER quick, SUPER easy, VERY tasty. I added a healthy splash of vanilla and whipped up the mixture in the blender. Filled with a variety of things: preserves (a peach-mango-orange variety), Nutella, PB, ginger butter (some jarred stuff from Williams-Sonoma...weird), and pure maple syrup. I love the preserves, my boyfriend was a fan of good ol' maple syrup. Thanks for the fun dinner, Marianne!
