Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2014
REALLY good! We added spaghetti sauce to the top for the kids. Then, we loved it and do it with ours too. It was A VERY hot day. So, i put foil on a baking sheet and bake on indirect heat on the BBQ. Worked amazing. I will be making these again and again. What a great was to get the family to eat veggies!

Jan's Jalapeno Popper Pizza

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2014
My pizza crust was a 12inch. I think that maybe the issue. It was VERY rich. Too much cream cheese. Maybe if my crust was larger? (12 i think is pretty standard) then, it would have been thinner and better. I will try again with more sour cream and less cream cheese.

Easy Cherry Tomato Corn Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2014
Really good. We had this on a day that was 37 outside. Very refreshing. Will make it again FOR SURE! Can't wait for the leftovers tomorrow. I did not have time to refrigerate before eating. Would have been even better colder (my fault).

Kansas City Style Pork Back Ribs

Reviewed: May 6, 2014
i don't like ribs.. but i make them for my family. They smelled AMAZING.. and i even ate a few. SO GOOD! I lowered the sugar.. but, our honey is pretty sweet. There are layers of flavour. I cooked them in the oven wrapped in foil (325) for 2 hours (flipped half way through). Then broiled with the sauce on.. 4 min each side.

Yakisoba Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2014
Very good. Cut soy sauce and did half chilli paste half sweet chilli sauce (so it wasn't too hot for the kids). Whole family liked it. (added mushrooms and broccoii b/c i had them and needed to use them up). I put Sriracha in mine to spice it up again

Thai Chicken Cabbage Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2014
My family and i loved this soup. I used vermicelli noodles, green onion (instead of leak) and Tai Garlic Chilli sauce (as well as sweet chilli sauce) as that is what i had on hand. My husband and i added HoiSin and Sriracha sauce in our own bowls to our tastes.. and the kids either leave it as it or add some Hoisin.. they call it asian chicken noodle soup. SO good.. So easy .. and healthy! I served with low fat chicken cilantro dumplings. Will be making this MANY more times. THANKS!
