Amazing Coconut Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2013
It is somewhat eggy, but my main objection to it is that no matter how little Bisquick you add, it still comes out heavy, like cake, rather than pie. It's much better eaten warm before it's refrigerated. After that it needs to be microwaved to soften it up a little.

Brie's Banana and Honey Dog Treats

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2013
These were so much fun to make. I made a double batch and bagged them for each of the neighborhood pups for Christmas. I've been asked several times for the recipe so I know they were a hit. My 2 Boston Terriers loved them. I rolled them a bit thinner and used a very small, bone-shaped cutter. Adorable!

Country Quiche

This was very good but if I make again I'll use less bacon. It overwhelmed the taste entirely.

These were great at Christmas. My new British son-in-law loved them with Devon cream and jam.

Cranberry Scones

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
Not the easiest recipe I've ever seen, but it turned out well and the family was pleased. That makes it a success in my book.
