Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made this recipe with the additions mentioned in the comments (2 Tablespoons Vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt and 2 tsp baking powder) and I reduced the chips to 3 cups (1/2 white and 1/2 milk chocolate). And these cookies did NOT last long in this household! They are THE BEST chocolate chip cookies I have EVER had. And I don't usually like chocolate chip cookies. They are too sweet for me. But I promised my son I'd make him some and I shared some with the neighbors. The neighbors brought me packages of chips to make more with less than a week later!!

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
EXCELLENT! These are hands down THE BEST TASTING seeds you'll ever roast and enjoy! I did take the suggestion of some of the reviews and I quadrupled the ingredients for the same 2 cups of seeds. My husband can't get enough of these seeds and my, usually picky eating kids, gobbled them up as well. I will probably never make them any other way. Thanks for sharing!

Easy Sugar Cookies
I made a batch of these in half an hour... and that included the time it took to get out all the stuff including the mixer! They came out GREAT! Delicious and soft.
