Absolutely delicious! The whole family really enjoyed this dish. I didn’t add any hot sauce because I wanted this dish to be “kid friendly”, so I did add 1 1/2-Tbsp of BBQ sauce and a dash of liquid smoke flavoring instead. I also had to add 1/3 cup of Panko breadcrumbs because I thought it needed to be a little firmer. For the toping I made my own recipe: ¼ cup ketchup, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, 2 tsp Dijon mustard and 2 dashes liquid smoke flavoring. Thanks for sharing this great recipe Drew!!!
