I replace my 1/3rd cup of 'margarine' with a combination of Danish butter and White Flora (which is Crisco in the states). It richly enhances the rich flavour. I also increase the cinnamon by double. We LOVE cinnamon...and never-ever use ready made icings. We use cream cheese/Cream icing, which I place in a dish for those who want it as many are purists and wouldn't dream of having anything on their buns! ...oh what Joy!
