Easy Guacamole

All I can say is, "Wow!" The family thought I was the best mom ever for making the best guac ever. And nothing was so simple to make. I'd definitely serve this again, and would proudly serve it to guests.

Baked Spaghetti

I made it without the meat and onions and the kids devoured it -- so tasty and easy to make. Loved this recipe and will definitely make it again. Perfect for a large group.

My kids all asked at the same time if they could have this dish again tomorrow in their lunches. It was if the world stopped turning. Even my husband liked it and he doesn't like anything with red sauce.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

All I can say is "Wow!" Thoroughly enjoyed this recipe and will make it again and again. Loved that it was less salty than the canned soup variety. Used a bit less butter to make it slightly healthier but only about 2 TBSP's worth.

After only 1 bite, my kids asked, "Can you make this again?" Oh, yeah...definitely! Yum. They filled up on it before dinner, but it's only fruit so it wasn't a big deal.

Barbie's Tuna Salad

EVERYBODY loved this one. I didn't have dill for some reason, but it didn't matter, this recipe is awesome. Also doubled the Parmesan cheese because we like things cheesier. Overall, an amazingly tasty tuna.

I didn't make enough for my family of 5 -- these potatoes were gone in a minute, and everyone wished I had made more. Loved how simple and delicious they were. Terrific side dish paired with meat, fish, chicken, or eggs.

Buttery Corn Bread

Whoa. I have never been so excited about corn bread before, but this stuff is perfect! Even with having to wait for my husband to buy the baking powder, it still was amazing. Fantastic recipe. Will definitely use again and again...

Although this wasn't bad, it was far too sweet. Would recommend using far less sugar. Perhaps lowering to 1 tsp brown sugar or finding a lower sugar ketchup would help.
