Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

My family loved these pancakes. I used my ulu knife to cut the apple into small bits. I used the cinnamon honey butter recipe on this site to top them off. The combination was delicious.

This is so yummy! It is so easy and more cost effective than store-bought. I used the microwave, instead of the oven, as suggested by another reviewer. My children loved it so much they made me make 2 batches to cover a bundt cake!

This recipe is great. I use coconut oil instead of regular oil to make it healthier. I have also used brown sugar substitute.

Hockey Pucks

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

This apple pie was the best I've ever tasted! The only problem I had was the filling was a little runny. I used Honeycrisp apples, which might have been the culprit. Anyway, it was yummy! I added 1 t. of cinnamon and 1/2 t nutmeg to the apples. I've never made a lattice work crust. I was surprised how easy it was and how great it looked. I used the basic flaky crust on this website. Enjoy!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

I tried it with a variety of cream cheese flavors. They all were delicious. Make sure you wear gloves when you prepare the jalepenos. I took them to a party and everyone loved them.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

This is a staple at my house. I use it for apple pies and also for chicken pot pie. It comes out flaky every time. Make sure you chill the shortening and dough as directed for best results.

White Bean Chicken Chili
