Shish Tawook Grilled Chicken
I made this with skinless thighs and it was excellent. Didn't make it shish, just the chicken with veggies.

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I
I love this dump cake more that peach cobbler! The secret for me has been grating the stick of butter straight from the fridge on top of the cake mix with my hand grater. This covers the mix perfectly.

Pastry Cream
I make this cream for anything that calls for it. (ie. cakes, crepes, etc.) I don't heat the milk and sugar before adding in the egg/sugar/starch mixture. I just combine them well and heat slowly. I stir constantly as it thickens. Don't leave out the butter in the final stages as this is what gives it that perfect rich flavor.
