Key Lime Pie VII GREAT

I have a Key Lime tree that has more limes than I can use. Made two pies and they were two of the best Key Lime pies I've ever made. I'll turn to this recipe from now on. They were perfectly tart! I cut back on the sugar a little. The pies turned out tart, creamy and excellent! Thank you for sharing!

Doc's Best Beef Jerky

I've been making beef jerky for a long time and found this one to be one of the best recipes I've tried. I marinated for 2 days....not intentionally but it did work out that way. I was afraid of the saltiness that was mentioned in another review but it honestly turned out fantastic. I changed a few things though. Used smoked paprika instead of plain and added some (about a tsp.) of chipotle powder. Its spicy and exactly what my family likes in jerky! Thanks so much for sharing!

Smokin' Jack BBQ Sauce

I smoked three pork butts, went out on a limb and made this sauce. It was AWESOME. I'll surely keep this recipe as a staple. Everyone loves it! The only thing I changed was the sugar, adding 3/4 cup instead of a full cup. It produced as the perfect blend of ingredients and worked beautifully on pulled pork! Thanks for sharing!
