Peanut Butter Cake III

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2011
Hi all, I made this cake this morning, in fact I actually made two of them...one a double layer and the other, a bundt cake. The cake tastes really good and the frosting is to die for. For the middle layer on each I took some regular store vanilla frosting and mixed it with grape jelly so I ended up with a peanut butter and jelly cake. I highly recommend!

Southern Red Velvet Cake

Hi all...I just made this cake this morning for my son's boyscout bake sale. This cake is awesome and so easy! The frosting is one of the best I've ever tasted...I didn't have any problems with it at all. I totally recommend the cake and frosting!

Pie Crust III

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2011
My oldest son made this crust last night for a broccoli and chicken pie and it was absolutely wonderful. He said it was very easy but a little oily. It will certainly be made again and I plan on playing around with different kinds of oils depending what I put in the pie. Thanks for sharing!

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2010
I just made this sauce like 10 minutes ago. I used it over left over spaghetti and added kielbasa and now it's in the oven for 30 minutes. I didn't have parmesan cheese so I used medium cheddar cheese and added garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt, black pepper and some parsley and it tastes heavenly.....YUM is all I have to say :)) Thank you!

Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2010
me and my family think this is a wonderful recipe! i did make a few changes, tho....for starters, i made a double batch....2 cups of flour and sugar...i didn't have milk so i used powdered milk and mixed the milk thick...and, i used 5 cans of peaches...the ones cut in halves....i started out by melting the butter and putting it in bottom of baking dish...then dumped the flour and sugar in...poured in the milk and dumped a bunch of cinnamon on top...probably about two tablespoons...took a fork and mixed it all together, then put two cans of peaches in with juice and 3 without....the cans were the 15.5 oz size....kinda folded the peaches in and put in the oven....it came out tasting delicious! kinda reminded me of a breadpudding with peaches in it...the best part was the top, as it was carmelized.....love this recipe....i've made it twice in the last two days...next time i make it i'm going to put fresh blueberries in it....can't wait!

i just made this recipe and it tastes great....the only modification i made was to add about half of a cup of pumpkin (canned, unsweetened) another 8 ozs of cream cheese and enough powdered sugar to make it the desired thickness...the next time i might add a few nuts...i used it to frost pumkin muffins i made for my son's boyscout pack meeting....
