All White Meat Meatloaf

OUTSTANDING!! So outstanding that my husband said he could eat it once a week. We both despise meatloaf but I decided to try this because it wasn't ground beef. I followed this recipe exactly. We'll be making this again and again.

Spicy Lemon Pork Saute

The pork came out very tender which is great but it was to spicy and the lemon was overpowering. I will try this recipe again but will cut way down on the spice and lemon.

Breakfast Pies

Outstanding! I am always looking for new ways to cook breakfast and be able to use left overs for the work week. This recipe accomplishes that. I used smoked turkey sausage because that it what we had on hand, the rest I followed the recipe. Very tasty. This will be a regular in our house. Only one suggestion I have and I should have known better. Place the muffin pan on a baking sheet in case there is overflow of the sausage/egg mixture.

Easy Deviled Chicken

This is a great recipe. I've made it twice now and have only made one change. Since I used the frozen boneless breasts they didn't need to cook as long. So I cooked them at 350 for about 45 minutes. They came out perfect!

Fabulous Homemade Bread

I just made a batch. It's the first time I've made bread and was glad to have this recipe. It was very easy. Smells great, looks good. It's still cooling but I am sure it will taste just as good as it smells.

Hearty Homemade Tomato Sauce

This was spectacular! The only thing we did different was to use what we loving call the boat motor (aka hand blender)to really blend everything together. As usual with anything tomatoe based, my husband was the one to be impressed. He loved it.

Pizza Dough I

This was so easy to make. I shy away from doughs because while they are probably easy to do I haven't made them enough to feel comfortable with it. But I needed pizza dough and I came across this recipe. I will definitly keep this around for future use.

Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine

This was fantastic! I did make a few changes: 1) I only used 2 tblsp of bacon grease for the sauce. The second tblsp I added for taste. 2) I didn't have any green onion so I added about 1/2 cup of red onion and about 5 small cloves of garlic and 3) I added 1 tsp of the bacon grease to the pasta water along with the salt and pepper. I'll be making this again for sure!

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

This was the best pork tenderloin I've ever had. I made one modification, since I only had just short of 1/4 c balsamic vinegar I added 1/8 c red wine vinegar. We also cooked it to 160 but that is a personal preference as to how well done we like our meat. We'll make this again for sure.
