Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
This was amazing. I followed the recipe exactly except I only used 1 lb total of mushrooms and I added extra parm. This was amazing...IDK what else to say lol. My first time making risotto and I'm not scared of it anymore!

Golden Rum Cake
Strong! Beware all the alcohol won't soak in because there is just too much. Delicious cake but cut back on the liquor in the glaze.
